「I expected more from a 4-star hotel. I booked a couple nights but had to leave after one night for personal reasons. The only staff I interacted with was at check in/out. Service was okay but not as friendly or inviting as I would’ve liked. First issue I had was from the start. 「La propiedad está en un excelente lugar. Muy cerca del centro, de la Alameda y de un mercado muy bonito.
Creo la mejor opción para conocer la ciudad es caminando y ésta es buena opción.
La habitación que me tocó tiene acceso directo a la calle y está exquisitamente decorada, muy limpia y con aire acondicionado. Además tiene una pantalla muy grande para ver Muy a gusto la tele.
El personal es muy amable y atento.

「They walked me to my room assuring me it was ready. As soon as we walk in, you can tell it hasn't been cleaned at all. Manager apologized so many times. Said they'd have it cleaned right away.
