Fantastic house. I have been to Eleuthera many times and this is a great location. Layout was perfect for a couple of families. Amazing view. Small things always go wrong in the islands - but Hewitt was extremely responsive

Pink sands paradise

Absolutely stunning property in a fantastic location. Every amenity has been thought of and provided. Beach towels, coolers, every appliance and kitchen gadget, a huge “chi-chi hut” for shade on the beach. The reef off the beach is breathtaking as are the views from the house. We saw lobster, rays, tons of fish and conch right off our beach. Multiple great restaurants either a 5 minute walk or drive from the property. Couldn't think of a single thing to improve on.

Amazing Grace!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: An absolutely beautiful house in an amazing setting with a wonderful host. We had a group of 14 and it was perfect! A large great room with two kitchens and three large dining room tables! Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The swimming pool was perfectly situated for sunset cocktails which was the perfect compliment to our ocean sunrise breakfasts! Lovely beach walks everyday:-). Swimming was so much fun! We are so, so grateful to have found this home! If you have a large group...this is heaven! Thank you Steve for taking the initiative to create this gorgeous destination!!!!

Absolutely the Best Views Ever!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pink Sands Point Main House was filled with amenities and the most beautiful ocean view I've ever seen. The house was very spacious and had 4 master bedrooms with king beds and comfortable mattresses, TVs, and bathrooms of their own with plenty of towels and beach towels. There were double kitchens that were very well stocked and plenty of space for playing cards, games, etc. The owner happened to be there and he was very kind and accommodating to us. This property has Starlink satellite services, and great TV reception, as well as a backup generator and cistern. The pool was very nice, loved the fact that you do not have to pay to heat it, and it had very comfortable and plentiful seating and loungers around the perimeter. The covered back patio had the view of the ocean and a path down to a pretty much private beach where we snorkeled and played beach golf in the sand. My favorite thing was walking at night on the beach with the full moon, it seemed like we had the whole island to ourselves. The house sits on a property that can be rented individually or for a larger group with 3 other buildings that can be rented. It would be a great property for family reunions, wedding parties, or smaller groups as well.As far as the island of Eleuthera, it is a great place to come if you seek an uncrowded, restful atmosphere. Some of the places we enjoyed were, the local Farmer's market, Tippy's, La Bougainvillea, Neek's, 1648 An Island Restaurant, and the Buccaneer all within driving distance of the house.You will want to rent a car as it is the most favorable method to get around. We had a very enjoyable time!

Paradise Found!

This is our 3rd trip to the island and we will never stay anywhere but here! The house was amazing! Spotless and filled with all the amenities you need. The caretaker did a wonderful job communicating with us and was very helpful. Thank you for sharing this amazing home with my family.
