“We had multiple families with kids and house had great setup for it.”

“We vacationed here for a ski weekend with 4 families - 8 adults and 6 kids. Overall it was a fine house. I wish I had realized the large bunk room is in the loft over the family room. While it was appealing to let the kids have a sleep over it made no sense to put them over the family room unless all the parents were going to go to bed at 8pm. We ended up putting the kids in the smaller bunk room with walls and my husband and I slept out in the open bunk room. Not a big deal, but something to……

“This house is fabulous. The location is peaceful and serene,and walk-able to town. Its BIG, and has two separate living spaces. One on the main floor and one downstairs. Both spaces have full size gourmet kitchens. So it can comfortably fit two families-if needed. It's SPOTLESS, and stocked with amenities. Steve was a wonderful Host, he made sure we had everything we need. I would rent this house again, I loved it.”

“Very clean property and house. The heating of the rooms is uneven; the upstairs bedrooms become very hot in the middle of the night even when you turn off the fireplaces. The lower bedroom was very cold. Almost all the time unless you left the fireplace burning. The stairs off of the deck going down to the yard could both use a safety railing to hold onto. My 91-year-old father had a very difficult time. Other than that the property is as listed and in very good condition. We also appreciated……

“This property was so excellent that we never even felt the need to go into town -- we cooked, relaxed, used the hot tub and the barrel sauna so much that we never need to leave. Clean property, just as listed and shown. Plenty of space to stretch out with two families, plus a few of our kids friends. And our host was also amazing and very responsive. “We enjoyed our thanksgiving stay very much! We arrived in groups of two over the course of 6 hours driving in from Connecticut, Pennsylvania and flying in from Oklahoma. The quaint house was the perfect fit for my crazy family. It made use of every nook and cranny for beds and bathrooms. Because we were having Thanksgiving there we were very grateful to have two refrigerators to store the huge amounts of food that we brought. Luckily because everything was pre-cooked we only needed the one oven……

“Amazing home, well-appointed with anything you could need. Quick drive to downtown Ellicottville and ski slopes. We enjoyed the board games, ping pong, bonfire outside, and everyone had their own space for sleeping. Kitchen had everything we could ever need to cook and entertain 10 people. Nancy was super responsive and made sure our stay was perfect!”

“In area for concert at HyMark stadium and was 12 minutes away with convenient Tim Horton coffee shop, shopping and dining near by. Waterstone grille- great service and food. Host very responsive and checked in during our stay. Bed was comfortable, few cobwebs on ceiling, but otherwise clean. Busy road, but didn’t bother us.”
