「We had a fantastic time staying at this property. The house hugely surpassed our expectations and had everything we needed. Plenty of space for a group of 17. Richard and Sue were great hosts and very responsive during the booking process and our stay. Will definitely be coming back!」

「Hotel.com act like a scam. I didn't know that the Ty Nant hotel was only for students. After contacting Hotels.com several times, it was impossible to get the deposit back. Therefore, Hotels.com has miscommunication with Ty Nant hotel and I been lie about the refund. Keep up the good work Hotels.com Anyway, it doesn't matter what's my opinions. But definitely it will have a impact on people when they're read my review on Trustpilot. 」

「Excellent 👌. Big, warm, clean and super easy to stay at. If you want to go somewhere with no restrictions, i.e. hotel, then this is the place to go. In the perfect spot of Swansea, it's ideal for a family, a couple of just by yourself. Try it, you won't regret it. 」

「Great location. Property needs to be updated and have clear internal issues repaired/replaced. The damage deposit asks you to take photos of all damage - this took a long time!! Curtain rail fell on my daughter when pulled - it was clear it had been bodge repaired multiple times. Photos on VRBO are of the property when new - but it is very tired inside now and some monies need spending to bring it up to the level it is being sold at. A real shame as the location is perfect.」
