"The elevator wasn’t working, unfortunately, I didn’t see that in the March 6 review, as of March 20, it still was not working. My husband physically struggles to do one floor of steps and my daughter had to hike her archery case up 3 floors- it is very heavy. They said they were sorry he was put on the 3rd floor. But it was done anyway. That would be a total deal breaker for us. That needs to be disclosed during booking, some people it would not matter."

"Hot tub was out of service and the indoor pool was not heated. Other than that, this was a perfect stay for my family. We loved walking the lake right behind the hotel and to city beach park. Will absolutely stay here again when traveling to Granbury!"

"We were guests at a wedding at the hotel. Stayed the night and were very pleased with the whole experience. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Rooms were spacious and very quiet and relaxing atmosphere!"
