Beautifully Bitter Sweet

My father was supposed to join us on this trip, but passed away 10 days prior. We went and celebrated him. He would have loved sitting on the porch or in the pool watching his grandchildren swim, fish and play. The ambience was great. The house was clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Christmas Getaway

The house was nice and spacious with all the amenities we could need. Our family of four with young children stayed here over Christmas and loved it. There was plenty of room! The provided roll away crib was so nice to have so we didn’t have to bring our pack and play on the trip from out of state. We had a question on the first night we were there and the host was very quick to respond. A great experience overall!

Very cute and cozy, we had the large room, spacious, bed was wonderful. Lake view dirty, of course it’s at the end of the canal, but we enjoyed the pool though.we would stay again.

We had a fun stay here!! They had kayaks with access to the canal and Lake Granbury, a very clean pool, and the kids had fun challenging the adults to air hockey. Would definitely stay here again!

Totally Groovy Accommodations

Such a great place to stay! There was so much room and so many things to keep us occupied. From the pool to the pool/air hockey table, the arcade machines and the giant connect four, there was something for everyone. The decor was so cute! We dug the whole vibe and look forward to planning another stay here in the future!

The property had lots to do, nice pool, pool table, air hockey, kayaking. The canal was backed up and full of limps and green algae, but they still were able to get around to kayak. The house was cool and decorated cute! We had a very relaxing trip!

Amazing family vacation home!!

The house had everything a family could need for a relaxing vacation. We had 3 small kids and the extra safety locks and alarms were perfect for keeping them safe. We had my best friend’s bachelorette weekend here and it was PERFECT! The house was so spacious and clean and had everything we could possibly need! The host was communicative and went out of her way to send something back that one of us had left behind. The pool was shaded most of the day and we were able to have a hibachi chef come out to the house for dinner one night. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone!! It was perfect on all levels!

Overall we were pleased with this property. We would have loved to access the lake but the access to the lake through the channel was pretty's much a no go due the condition of the water and all the debris that was in the way, so that was disappointing. The home itself was pleasant and clean. The back yard was very inviting and functional. The pool was clean and ready to go.

Groovy Grannies was AMAZING! We surprised my mom with all her kids and grandkids! The house had everything you would need! The kids loved the air hockey/pool table! Even in the off season this is the place to be! Would 100% recommend!!

Fantastic stay at Groovy Granny’s!

Everything about our experience was super easy. We loved the 70’s decor! Our group was 6 “Besties” from the Class of 1974 so it was tailor made for us. So nice and clean! Our Hostess, Janelle was wonderful!
