「This place was so nice. Very clean, everything you might need in the kitchen. The host was very responsive, and it was perfect walking distance to the Tarleton campus. Couldn’t have been better. 」

「Comfortable and clean. Plenty of space to hangout inside with cozy seating and personalized touches. The front bedroom can be a little noisy at night if you are a light sleeper, due to the major road in front. 」

「Good communication. Great property, matched photos and description. Master had a king bed which was a huge plus. No giant list of what to do or not to do which was nice. Door code worked and all other features used in the property worked well. 」

「I like the inlet access and prefer it to the "beach"; the kitchen was a well stocked as it needs to be and the host has furnished just about everything a fine hotel would furnish except tooth paste. the docks, deck and boat are great.」
