「When we checked into the room, we found no hangars were in the closet. We asked for some from several different staff members and didn't receive any for two days. The seat on the toilet in our room was severely misaligned. One of our friends also staying at the hotel in a different room, .tripped over a rug in the lobby directly in front of the reception desk, manned by a hotel staff member. 「Hotel managers extremely friendly and approachable. Visible renovation occurring to rooms.That being said, bed was very comfortable…TV worked well. Tons of walkable food nearby. Pet friendly. Cost efficient. Ignored the cosmetics of upgrades and repairs—just needed a bed at the end of the day! Frig in room worked well and microwave in room was handy. VERY SAFE neighborhood as well. Don’t expect the RITZ and you’ll be just fine!! Yes, I would stay there again….」
