"The desk clerk was extremely slow. Gave us a room that already was occupied. Embarrassing! Our room key never worked. They complained that our reservation was through Expedia. Said it was cheaper to book with them directly. That was not true. Our Expedia price was less than theirs. I would not stay at this hotel again"

"Air conditioner worked well, parking felt safe , easily accessible to room. I have stayed here many times and have never been disappointed. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Bed and pillows are very comfortable. Rooms are always clean. This stay was in room 111 and the bed and pillows were amazing! Wanted to take them home. I'll be asking for that room every time from now on. Easy off and on to I20 "

"We reserved for 2 nights. First night was a large roach. We reported in the morning and they said they would have it cleaned upon return that evening. We returned same evening, roach remained along with more. They scattered across the dresser. We reported. They stated they informed housekeeping and she signed off.
