Lake View Loft House

Welcome to our Lake View Loft House (Unit B)! This is a private, detached loft-style barndominium. Lake views from the second story deck and windows. Kitchen downstairs and sleeping quarters upstairs. Shared lake-front grass yard with outdoor fire pit. Community dock visible from the house (1 min drive/5 min walk) to fish/launch watercraft. Pet friendly. 7 minute drive to Historic Granbury Square and City Beach. No swimming directly from the property as we have a high sea wall.

*FIRST FLOOR*:
--Kitchenette (w/ Lake Views!)-
Fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster oven, electric skillet, coffee/tea bar, one burner hot plate, silverware, cutlery, plates and cups, pots and pans, wine glasses.
Does NOT include: Stovetop with oven, dishwasher.
--Coffee & Tea Bar-
Coffee maker, electric kettle, coffee grinds, assorted teas, sweeteners, creamer, mugs.
--Dining-
Dining table & 2 chairs.


*SECOND FLOOR*-
--Large lofted bedroom:
King memory foam bed, 2 nightstands with outlets, twin memory foam day bed with twin trundle, sitting area with 2 cushion chairs, smart Roku TV.
--Bathroom-
Full bath with vanity and shower. Soap, shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer.
--Walk-in Closet off bathroom-
Hangers and small chest of drawers.

*SECOND STORY DECK*:
Stunning views of Lake Granbury! Private and peaceful. 4 patio chairs and coffee table. Access via outdoor staircase or second floor exterior door. Enjoy!

*LAKEFRONT GRASS YARD*
Fire pit and seating. Shared with Unit A guests.

PLEASE NOTE: The stairs to the second floor sleeping area are steep. There is alternate access to the upstairs via the outdoor deck staircase (standard staircase incline). Please review the photos to ensure all guests are able to utilize the stairs safely.

The entire guest house and deck is completely private to you. There is a shared lakefront yard with fire pit that is available for your use. It is shared with the second rental unit on the property (Hidden Cove Guest Suite- Unit A). Hosts live on the property as well but do not share these spaces with the guests.
