Great house for larger group or family

Loved the location, the great room for gathering, all the bathrooms. No A/C but even in the heat of the summer, we just opened that windows and got a cross breeze. Loved the fans in all of the bedrooms. We also enjoyed the ping pong table in the basement.

Mountain Fun

Other than an issue with accessing the property it was a perfect floor plan & location for our family getawaway! The property manager was quick to respond with our entrance issues and maintenance requests!

Great location and views

We just returned from our first stay in Granby. The house was in a location very close to a grocery store, golf course, and had great views. Only "wish" is it would be nice to have a book of some kind indicating what to do for checking out other than a text the day before from Vacasa. Other houses we've stayed at had a book with the wifi, restaurant recommendations, how to work appliances, what to do when checking out, etc. We had a few questions during our stay that we text to Vacasa and they were very helpful and responsive.

Could not ask for more!!

The home is welcoming from the minute you walk in! All the windows give you all the great views! It has three decks! The main deck is where we spent our mornings and evenings! When it rained we had a huge basement to hang out in and massive TV but we never turned it on. The bedrooms had nice bathrooms for each room. You have your private spaces if you want one! We had three couples and we were all very comfortable! The kitchen is a dream to cook in! I can’t think of anything bad to say! It was perfect!

2nd Time Staying

This was our second stay at the property and it was just as great as the first time. We love the spacious living area that can host large groups comfortably. Close to the grocery store. We had breakfast at a couple awesome places less than 10 minutes away in Granby. Overall the house is clean and a perfect place to stay, hence why we came back again this year and will most likely stay again in the future.

Awesome property!

This is a great location for summer activities. We enjoyed Rocky Mountain National Park and Lake Granby. Hiking, golfing & fishing are abundant and near this location. Fitch Market in Granby has incredible steaks for grilling on the deck while enjoying the sunset with a beverage. What a beautiful valley!! Highly recommend and look forward to our next trip. Will definitely look for this property again. Thank you!!

A beautiful well equipped and furnished home. The four couples had lots of room and a great stay. There are too many interior stairs for senior citizens to climp multiple times each day. Nothing you can do about that, just a comment.
