I would have rated 2.5 if possible. Room was ok and clean. Staff was not friendly / helpful. Breakfast ran out and the girl trying to keep it up and running seemed very uninterested. Reception girl was very hands off as well. With multiple people complaining about no breakfast.

Wonderfully updated room, and a pet friendly property. Courteous and friendly desk clerk. A last minute booking put us in the back of the property by the freeway which was fine, but the 2:30 a.m loud tow truck outside our door was not. All in all a good stay.

All 3 of rooms not serviced. Items in rooms broken (ie phone, tv, heater). Pubic hair in fresh laundry and shower. Breakfast wasn’t enough to service the guests. To loud and up constantly during night from other guests and road noise. Reno job shotty. After asking for more towels, they said they’d bring more but never did. Just gross all around. Not ideal for 20 degree nights

Room was clean and ok. Staff was friendly. The place is a dump. It blows me away that the price of hotels/motels has come to this. For a low end place like this $150USD, $200CND. Sketchy characters hanging around. We were told a guy was arrested and taken from his room a couple of days earlier. Demand is there that’s why. It was sold out. Unbelievable. Worst breakfast we’ve ever seen at a hotel. Bagels and bread and no toaster. Eggs and sausage were empty for most of the time. Finally got eggs and they were disgusting. The room is way too small for the number of people. One girl trying to manage the horrible food. I felt bad for her. She had no chance.

Manager stated she would refund me for the inconvenience of not having a functional pack n play. I express my exhaustion with not having a place to my baby to sleep in a contained space. She understood and offered a refund. I expressed I would be checking out early as I didn’t get any sleep the night before with having to hold my baby. The manager understood. My family was all packed yep in our suv, upon driving off the manager walks out with a functioning pack n play. She expressed the other one she had worked. I told her that’s great but my we’re all packed up and your other staff told me you guys didn’t have a working pack n play. The manager insisted that we stay because they had a working one. But at this point I hadn’t slept in 30 hours and we had already packed up all our snow gear a belonging the babies were already settled in the car. To unpack everything at this point would just add to my exhaustion I just wanted to go home. The manager said she understood. We drove off and headed home. As the manager expressed to me to put in request with Expedia about the experience so she could refund. Only to find out she declined giving it to me. I dont believe it’s fair to ask a family to unpack all their belongings while driving out the parking lot because you now found a working crib. The room was fine. It was the accommodation for having a baby that wasn’t reasonably. I would think many families with babies have to have similar experiences. Where do they put their babies?
