The house is in bad shape. Lots of mold and mildew, ceilings are stained bad from water damage, floors are wavey, deck doesnt seem safe at all, You go underneath and see all the rotten sections that are not attached to poles anymore. We chose not to stay there, so I can not attest to what worked and didnt work. I noticed laundry soap all over the washer, but didnt open any cupboards, use bathroom etc... There was a decent view of the ocean. However Coastal realty was amazing to work with, and relocated us. There was some delays with texting/communicating but that was most likely our cell phone service, as it was a little spotty. Coastal realty also offers side by side rentals and return discounts (For booking direct).
