“Comfortable, climate control worked well. Bathroom was clean. Floor was cold, but that doesn't bother me. Within walking distance of some good eats. not recommended if you're sensitive to loud sounds as its close to the airport and lots of vehicle traffic might keep someone up all night but I'm deaf in one ear so no worries for me.”

“The property manager did a good job taking care of a plumbing issue that interrupted our enjoyment of the stay. Unfortunately, a plumber had to work about 2 hours Sun. night til 10:30 PM, and called in a plumber with a bigger auger who worked the next morning to unclog the basement pipe. This was an issue that obviously had been there awhile! After he left, the tub/shower drained very slowly as well. After mentioning the plumbing work to the property manager, the company agreed to refund some……

“We had a wonderful time at this cabin right on the banks of Lake Champlain! It's so kind of the owners to have coffee and creamer available. We enjoyed kayaking a lot. The only problem we had was we arrived at night and couldn't find the address for 156. It's not listed on a mailbox but it is on the cabin itself.”

“We were happy to be able to book Jessica’s place again because we had stayed there before. It is much roomier than having to stay in a hotel room. Quiet but close to Burlington and the islands. Restful area with their goats and chickens. Scenic with a river across the street. Jessica was a great host. We plan to book again.”

“We enjoyed our time in this cottage so much last spring that we booked it again for this spring. The cottage is minutes away from the Missisquoi National Wildlife Reserve and Lake Champlain boat launch. There is so much to do here and it’s perfect for people who enjoy fishing, kayaking, birding, or walking nature trails. The cottage was very clean and thoughtfully appointed. We’ll be back.”

“This house is exactly as described. The house and the location were great. kitchen was well equipped (although the old style replica stove was a little challenging for a Thanksgiving dinner - but we made it work). Small details such as spices and Tupperware and aluminum foil made for a nice touch. Would definitely stay again.”

“Some trouble getting in but could have been some user error. The lock is a little different and it spins so can be confusing. The owners checked in quite a bit until they could get in. The only other trouble was the second shower had no hot water. Had to use 1 shower for everyone. Only there for a long weekend so unable to be fixed that quick, understandable. Owner was very respectful and responsive. The home was very clean and tidy. Seems like everyone was comfortable in the beds as well.……

“A nice, clean apartment that is within walking distance of just about everything in Burlington. It's a few blocks away from the lake and downtown. Lots of cool, funky places to eat and hang out. If you are not calorie or saturated fat averse, go check out Handy's Lunch, which is a block away on the corner. My only issue might be the bathroom, which is a bit small for a big guy like me. However, the place has everything you need for an enjoyable stay in Burlington!”

“The house is so much more spacious than it appears. Kitchen is a great size with abundant seating. Views are spectacular, people we met in the area were extremely friendly. We didn't stay in the summer, but this is definitely a perfect kayak base camp. Will definitely consider coming back in the summertime for just that.”

“The property was excellent, of course...on the water, facing west, very quiet, immaculate neighborhood. Bit of an old, musty smell - like an old camp. Did not bother us but it was there. Very easy directions and instructions for use of the property. Uber was easy picking up and dropping off. Towels and linens were very clean. Thank you for a great stay.”

“Location on the lake is beautiful. Sort of far from st albans 15-30 mins drive and 30-35 to Burlington. We visited for a UVM graduation so went back and forth a lot. Overall house is large and spacious with some updated amenities like appliances. Master is beautiful but other rooms are tight. Road can be loud with cars at night. with some easy changes things would be more pleasant Upon arrival we immediately noticed that floors and windowsills were not swept and cleaned recently - which was……
