“We had such a great stay at Ashley’s property! The space was clean, had everything we needed to cook meals, allowed our dog, and was within walking distance to coffee shops and parks. Communicating with her was also super easy and she was so responsive. Can’t recommend enough if you’re staying in Grand Junction for vacation or just passing through. Thanks again!”

“This new property with both an RV park and tiny homes and classic airstreams to rent is overall a lovely design, directly on the river, has walking trails, and a very cute downtown area full of restaurants close by. Upon booking, the communication with the property was quick, efficient and pleasant. We had two reservations, one for an RV spot and one for a tiny home on the river. The RV experience was a flawless and enjoyable. however, there was a serious cleanliness issue with the tiny home. ……
