“We made a quick trip to Grand Lake and truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo. It was close to everything but also tucked behind the main store front so it was nice and quiet in the evening. Close enough to walk to the restaurants, shops, and in particular the ice cream shop overlooking Grand Lake! We would stay here again at the next chance we get.”

“Great location. Dorm fridge was shin height and tiny. Just a single burner hot plate for cooking meals. Only enough counter space to make a sandwich on a napkin. Water wasn't warm enough to produce steam in the bathroom. Great for young people who haven't been around the block yet. Not so great for retirees.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Nick’s condo in Grand Lake. The condo was very clean and well equipped to allow us a worry free stay. The bed was comfortable and it was nice having a washer and dryer available to use. We loved the location as it was within walking distance to great food and cute shops in downtown Grand Lake. It is also close to RMNP entrance and Adam’s Falls for hiking and adventure. We highly recommend and will definitely be back. ”

“We had a nice stay, we liked the proximity to downtown, great views, good amenities. Access to the garage for parking was great. On the down side, it was a bit tricky navigating the 3 flights of steep stairs with a dog and 2 toddlers and with the master being on the third floor while kids’ bedrooms were on the second. ”

“Good location if at Winter Park, love the outdoor hot tub, short walking path nearby.”
