Nestled on the West Side of the North Inlet/Tonahutu River, these comfortable studios offer the perfect retreat for your next getaway. The river flows wonderfully just steps from your door, and when you want to venture out, you'll be within walking distance of downtown and the lake. A number of popular attractions can also be found nearby including the Grand Lake Golf Course, Granby Ranch, and Winter Park Resort for year-round excitement.

Between these two units, you'll find a well-equipped, open-concept kitchen, a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker, a comfortable main living area with a fireplace and a TV for streaming all your favorite channels, and a dining table for mealtimes or family game nights.

This condo also comes with a private washer/dryer.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
