Nestled amidst the breathtaking beauty of nature, this charming retreat offers enchanting views of the serene lake and majestic mountains. With two expansive decks, you can bask in the tranquil ambiance while soaking up the idyllic surroundings. The home is newly built (2022), with luxurious heated floors throughout this home.

What a wonderful relaxing home. Our extended family of 8 had plenty of room to spread out. Everyone has their own deck to enjoy the spectacular views of the lake, but most of us hung out on the main deck.It's super close to the town of Grand Lake, right next to a marina with great boat rentals, and right next to the Kawuneeche (or SW) entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park.What a relaxing stay!

Luxury Getaway!

This home is just stunning! The house has everything you need and is beautiful. We enjoyed the private hot tub, relaxing in the living room with the amazing views as well restaurants in Grand Lake. Took a day trip to Granby Ranch with our kids to ski for the first time. It was so much fun. We will be back for Summer!
