"Staying at Grand City Batumi Apartments was truly a pleasure. The apartment was spotless, modern, and extremely comfortable it really seemed like every detail was considered to make the stay simple. Step outside, and you’re right by the sea, with cafés, shops, and public transport just a short walk away. Getting around Batumi couldn’t have been easier. Check in was a breeze. The host responded quickly and was easy to communicate with. The apartment matched my expectations quiet, well-maintained, and just like the photos. If you’re planning a trip to Batumi, I think this place is perfect for both short visits and longer stays. I’d return in a second and absolutely recommend it."

"Romm wasnt clean enough tv wasnt working i ask help from number which they give i didnt get any answer this is second time i stay woth them first was good last dissapoint me i even didnt stay there"

"Room was so dirty and gross. Elevators take forever and super crowded. When I got to the room, someone from the front desk just opened my door and almost entered (had chain on). "

"Definitely did not feel not a 5* hotel, more around a 3.5*. Staff were helpful enough even though they seemed little bored half the time. The room, while good size and comfortable beds, always had a terrible smell, which came from the bathroom; which, also while also being decent size, felt like many times, you needed wear a gas mask to use, as the smell was ofter unbearable, coming from the vent above. Also, only paper cups , no glassware or china, come on now!....As some have mentioned, you can at night hear the sounds from the nightclub below until around 2-3am, so if you are a very early/light sleeper, might be a problem..otherwise its not too big of a deal. Best thing about this hotel, is the location, close to the boulevard and beach, variety of shops & dining options within walking distance & very easy to access the rest of city from there."
