“Clean, new rooms. Small but just enough”

“Terrible experience. The lady at the front desk told us we could not get towels for the pool. She said they were for people who were checking in later that night, but the pool was closing in 10 mind. I have NEVER seen people handed towels as they check in. My daughter and I weren’t given anything when we checked in! She was rude and just didn’t want to work. There were people drinking at the indoor, no alcohol allowed pool, and they left their cups of white wine around the pool when they were……

“Very clean, great staff interactions. However, for the price we paid to stay, breakfast was a disappointment. Cereal and bagels didn't quite cut it. Otherwise it was a nice stay, a little over priced.”

“Always have a pleasant stay here..we dont do breakfast usually so I cannot comment on that. Overall a nice place to stay and would recommend to anyone.”

“It appeared the breakfast was short staffed. Not enough food or supplies were on hand. The gal seemed to be working hard but not enough support. Other Fairfield’s have done much better. Also I hope the guy that was sleeping in the breakfast area in the afternoon is ok.”

“The room was so gross, the chair and bedspread had stains on it the room smelled, and there was a garbage bag over the smoke detector. We left and refused to stay here.”

“Good breakfast and right across parking lot is a nice restaurant with outdoor seating with views of the lake and live entertainment. A little bit of remodeling was taking place but they weren’t too noisy.”

“Without question, this was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. We checked into a room with a toilet that didn’t work: a problem the hotel already knew about before renting us the room. When we reported it, we were told to stick our hands inside the toilet and fix it ourselves. The next day it broke again, and another employee told us we could “just use the shower” since the toilet wasn’t working. Completely unacceptable. There were no rooms available to move us, so we spent nearly 48……

“Bistro was unavailable during our stay (closed Mon-Tue). Continental breakfast was sub standard. Room was large and comfortable. Access to the beach was fantastic. Staff were very helpful. Elevators are slow at check-out times (long waits).”

“Room was very clean, smelled nice. No issuse with the room at all. On our second day they ran out of towels which was a very odd situation to be in given that we were at a hotel close to the beach. Housekeeping took the normal towels and left some veru small ones. Front desk was somewhat indifferent. Breakfast was ok. The pool could have used a bit more cleaning.”

“Our room was very clean”

“The studio rooms do not contain a bathtub/shower combo as shown in pictures. Also, housekeeping only comes once a week and was in my room at 9pm. Very strange. Staff was nice and tried to remedy the situation regarding the need for a bathtub. Ultimately, they were unable to find another room to meet my needs for the stay. Breakfast was okay. However, the same bagels and muffins were there all week. I noticed nothing new was added and it was the same all week. The hotel could’ve been more……

“I reserved a Double Queen Suite which sleeps 6. The photos showed 2 queens plus a pull out couch in an adjacent room. What I got was 2 queens and in the adjacent room a live seat which was not a pull out. I attempted to call the front desk from the room phone… which had no dial tone and turned out not to be connected to anything… apparently just decorative. I called the hotel on my cell.. I was told that the property has NO pull out beds, and that they have NO CONTROL over what Expedia……
