“The rooms were clean but very small. There wasn’t a dresser in the bedroom and you could hardly walk around the bed. You can hear the people above your room just walking across the room.”

“I like that the rooms are clean and good size. But probably needs improvement with the amenities. Staff are ok, some are friendly some aren’t. Over all I would still recommend it.”

“This is more like a boutique hotel. If I could give it 10 stars I would. My husband and I were in Saint Joseph's for our granddaughter's wedding. From the moment we checked in until we checked out the service was beyond one expectation. We have traveled extensively over the years and stayed at many five star rated Hotels around the world. My husband, disabled and the staff was so kind to assist us from the car The handicap ramp in the rainstorm. The restaurant on site was awesome! The location……

“The first room has stains on it sheets and they quickly swap this out to another room. I checked the sheets. They looked OK and then laying down I saw what looked like barbecue sauce or marinara sauce on the pillow so I’d ask for a new pillowcase, which came promptly. This is more about Expedia complaint, but I bought the insurance in case of a cancellation which I tried to use because my wife is so pregnant. We really didn’t wanna go, but you had to cancel the reservation a week in advance and……

“Two soap dispensers were broken from the wall. Was concerned with cleanliness when we found a 7up bottle stuffed in between 2 photos on the wall. A beer can was left on the bathroom light fixture.”

“Property and room were dirty. Had to change rooms immediately. Breakfast had ants on buffet. They only have one pool which splits into an outdoor and indoor area. People outside hotel were very sketchy.”

“Negatives (though nitpicky) Elevator was slow, and the sink... Don't get me started lol. I could barely wash my hands it was so close to the edge of the bowl. The cleaning staff came in to our room way too early (8 freakin 30 man) before we were even close to checking out. Positives: Other than that it was a nice place, good breakfast, nice staff. Definitely would stay again even with the negatives.”
