"Charlotte, the host, was wonderful and very accommodating. There was a minor plumbing issue and she was quick and efficient to try to fix it, and when it was unable to be fixed, she quickly offered us another wonderful property to stay at. Both properties were beautiful, clean, well-maintained and in the perfect area, close to Winter Park resort and all the fun places in town. We will definitely stay here again! "

"We had a wonderful stay. The condo was just as described and met all expectations. The hosts were very to prompt to respond to a minor issue with the furnace but was corrected with a simple phone call. We would recommend it. The only improvement we can suggest is about 24” more snow on the mountain - Ha Ha. You would not be disappointed with the accommodations or the hosts."

"We had an amazing stay at this Fraser mountain home. The setting is beautiful and peaceful, with that true Colorado mountain feel, yet still close to everything—Winter Park, trails, dining, and town amenities. It was the perfect balance of quiet and convenience.The home itself was spotless, comfortable, and very well equipped. After long days in the mountains, it was great to come back to a warm, cozy space that had everything we needed. You can tell the owners really care about the property and guest experience.Communication was easy and prompt, check-in was smooth, and there were no surprises—everything was exactly as advertised (or better). This is the kind of place you’d gladly return to year after year.Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing mountain getaway in the Fraser/Winter Park area."
