Interesting property

Beautiful apartment in a funky building. It was nice to have the outdoor balcony. Well situated just outside of Grand Rapids. We would stay there again.

Castle vacation

Very clean. Had everything we needed. Our kids were obsessed with the lion on top of the castle. Loved the balcony room. Millennium park beach is 12 minutes away. Great family get away.

Comfortable and spacious

Overall we enjoyed our stay. It was clean and had what we needed. One negative was the bird's nest on the beam above the patio and all the bird poop on the balcony which smelled bad and preveted us from being able to use the balcony.

Stayed at this property for a girls’ weekend. Property was clean and beautiful! Exactly as described in the listing. Great location, only a 15 minute drive to downtown GR. Communication with property owner was great and booking/check-in/check-out process was super easy! Will definitely book with this property owner again! Thank you for a great weekend!! :)

The apartment itself is wonderful and very comfortable.

The apartment was wonderful and very accommodating. All of the people we met who lived there were very nice. The hallway and the elevator however left something to be desired. Both of these areas smelled like urine and wet dog. I’m sure it’s a hard area to keep clean-especially with carpet. Once inside the apartment though, everything was wonderful. Thanks so much!

Driving up is the best part

This place was okay. Budget friendly. We got there pretty late...around midnight and the code we were given did not work. We contacted the host and they gave us a different code but after about 10-15 minutes they finally remotely unlocked the door. Also someone else was parked in our assigned space. When we first walked in that night, there was a strong weed smell. The rooms themselves were okay. Clean. We were out all day and only came in to sleep at night so we didn't take advantage of any of the amenities to review on.

Staycation

We needed a place to stay in between the closing of our previous and current houses. This was a great location and extremely easy to access. There is also a really cool library on the 8th floor as well as a pool out back and a dock to the little lake.

Nice and flexible

It was a nice affordable get away with my girls and the scenery was just perfect. We had a lot of fun. Only thing is the water hot cold fast when we all needs to shower one night and we are quick at showering so that was surprising. Other then that was nice stay and relaxing.
