Check in was seamless and the Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. My room is clean which I appreciate very much. The premises is old so I gave an average rating. Just in need of some updates.

Very incompetent young man at checkin. Took forever. Could not figure credit card machine and then after 30 minutes tried to charge $25 for early check in. Room was great. Housekeeping great. Pool clean, great. Breakfast choices okay but after 5 days same old choices. Security issue with my room door ( need to pull tight or did not lock. & no drain stopper in sink. I just checked out and asked about coming back in 2 days. Same young clueless desk agent said yes but upped my room charge $40 more dollars on a weekday! Found a nice place nearby for under $100

No pool. Shut down for maintenance. Charged me an extra ten dollars a day for parking. Which i assumed that was included in the price of the one night stay. Very disappointed. Should of called beforehand. Would of chosen elsewhere. Very overpriced for our 7 hour stay.

Our property charges for parking when your vehicle is parked here per day when you fly out at the airport and at a cheaper fee than the airport for your convenience. Thank you for your feedback as we always are looking to improve for your next stay.

we had night shades that were in poor conditions, our safe did not work as it had lo battery. We had to have our room rekeyed 3 times. One time another guest opened and entered our room with their room key. One of our days the trash was not taken out and no clean towels were provided, so that day there was no room service. Kind of Poor service I would say.

Right next door to Meijer. Might have to wait a while for a shuttle at night - like an hour. Unclear why, I had to call back several times. Staff was otherwise very nice. Smoking in or around the building was apparent in the am. Torn curtains in room. Very clean and tidy room. Overall not bad at all for the price. Breakfast and morning shuttle were good.

Great with one exception
Everything was excellent with one exception. The front seat person thought we had checked out before we actually did and barged in to check the room while we were still in there. Other than that, everthing was great.

The staff and service were great. The person at the desk gave us an upgrade because they weren’t very busy, our grandkids were allowed to come to the pool, nice room. Would recommend it to others!

Nasty and gross
Room was disgusting and nasty dirty everything was covered in a bunch of dust coffee pot still had coffee in it and all over it along with dirt an hair food an coffee on tables floor was gross an dirty the bed was hard as a rock with crappy pillows very unsanitary especially for people with health conditions my sons lungs couldn’t handle the dust and had to use you more oxygen to be able to breathe was just uncalled for

Excellent staff. The room was clean and fresh, with comfortable beds and a nice shower. The carpet was being replaced in the hallway outside our room so there was a little noise and you had to be mindful of where you stepped getting on the elevator etc but overall it was a pleasant stay. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent stay. Good service, friendly staff. Renovations were going on which was the reason for any 4s. But it was not noisy or disturbing. Beautiful Christmas display. Price very good.

Property was under construction. Did not inform me of this as I was down there on business which involved me working night shifts and I got no sleep due to this. They were award of this as I did put this down on my accommodation part of the booking. They also didn’t try to make this right nor give me my money back to go to a different hotel.

We do apologize for the problem our updates caused you. We are updating the hotel to make it better for our guests like yourself. We do know this causes disturbances at times but would have been more than happy to accommodate you on a floor with no updates occurring during your time with us. Or gladly would have cancelled your reservation with us. The most important thing is that our guests are happy with their time at our hotel.
