You could hear every little sound at this hotel. The mini fridge didn’t work. It smelt like stale smoke. The employees just sit on their phones on the couch in the lobby. The bathroom sink is as terrible, the water pressure was almost non existent and it was poorly constructed. The hotel could use some major work. Not the worst place but I would definitely not stay there again.

Property was having work done and some exterior locks had been taped open so access was available to anyone. A small unsupervised child was being watched by only his young brother in the hot tub/pool. Considering this complaint has happened before from the reviews and the pool sits right in front of a glass window at the front desk I would hope this could be better managed

My stay was from Friday Jan 26th through Sunday January 28th. Checked out on Sunday, leaving the key in the room and removing all of my items by 11AM. The front desk came to my room and accused me of smoking while I was staying! The screens are ripped and torn on most rooms, which is a safety concern. Still has not charged me and my check out was Sunday January 28th at 11AM, which I promptly adhered to. I hope you don't try to charge me for any longer of a stay. After the service and quality I experienced, I will never return.

Revealed that hotel staff is very incompetent do not keep track of things and have to go through a lot of BS to get refunded. Don’t recommend staying here.
Pool was broken, hot tub wasn’t very warm, breakfast was awful and not a good selection. Screen on bedroom window was all tore up. Employees were rude and disrespectful. Room was dirty, floor hadn’t been vacuumed bed skirt had boogers from people picking their nose and wiping it on the skirt. Just an absolute terrible experience..

Just short of great . . .
While the room looked pretty clean, the tub could use a good scrub with a cleanser. The texture surface allows dirt to settle in the crevices. The bed was so soft it was like sleeping on a squish mellow-honestly! One side of the curtains were hanging down-clearly off a hook or two. These little things show some neglect and would take a small effort to fix the situation. It was quiet enough and I can’t complain about the temperature level. With a little adjustment by me it was great! I’d stay here again in a pinch because the price was reasonable.

In room 108, we had problems with things connected to the first switch into the room. The room was totally dark (in mid-afternoon, albeit with the drapes closed) because someone had turned off the far light (by the windows) at the lamp switch. We noted that the digital clock (plugged in by the TV) was flashing, having just reset. We corrected the time on the clock and set the alarm for a wake-up call. We also called the front desk for a wake-up call. Both of the latter efforts failed - we received no wake-up call and the digital clock shut off when we turned off the light by the door to retire. The digital clock should be plugged in at the lamp on the NEAR side of the bed (power there, 24/7, regardless of whether the room lights are on. These problems may be occurring in other rooms as well - it may be a housekeeping issue. SOME light should come on when you first enter the room and digital clocks should be connected to outlets that are always under power.

It’s very very dirty - our bedding literally had blood stains. There were cheerios and scraps of paper in the stairwell that went untouched the entire stay (3 days). I couldn’t make it through my paid for stay so left to check in somewhere else although partial refund was not an option.

Very out dated but our room was clean and bedding is nice and comfortable however their double queen rooms are full beds not queen.
