There is so much room that it never felt crowded and our teenager was able to have much needed space for quiet downtime. Wonderful property owners too!”

Had issues with the VRBO app, which wouldnt allow me to respond to messages, so hopefully the owners see this so they know how much we enjoyed our stay! Will be back in the future when rhe weather is warmer to utilize the lake!”

“This house has amazing vibes. The outside area is relaxing and fun. The lake is quiet with lots of animals. Very walkable neighborhoods. The owners are so kind and accommodating. Providing wine and coffee for us. They were easy to communicate with and even let us come early for check-in! The beds are comfortable and high quality. The space was completely clean and organized. So easy to navigate and relax in. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice vacation.”

“Took the trip for my bachelorette party! The house accommodated everyone that came with room to spare. The master bedroom was amazing and had me wishing that’s what mine looked like. Right off the water gorgeous weather, what more could you ask for. We did nothing but talk about how we’d like to go back again next year.”

“The home is nicely furnished and comfortable. It as super close to our wedding events. Suggestions to stock some generic shampoo, add nite light to bathroom with no windows and supply a small starter amount of basic coffee maybe Folgers would be appreciated. The clock in living room is an hour off which confused us a couple times. There are leaves and trash that greet you at the front door need to be cleaned up before guests arrive. We paid a hefty cleaning fee and were asked to strip beds.……

“An impromptu getaway for World of Winter found this location perfect. Close enough for a quick trip downtown, and a hot tub to warm us up after being out in the cold. Nice place with fun games in the basement too. Overall a great experience”

This part of Grand Rapids while charming is busier than we expected. This is no fault of the host. Her description of the home and what was included was spot on. It is an old house but VERY charming and cozy. Lots of great coffee shops and eateries nearby etc. Good value and stay overall.”

“We had a great 3 nights at the cottage. Kitchen was well stocked, water toys and pontoon rental was appreciated and Mark was a great communicator. The reason we did not give 5 stars is because the cottage is dated and the sun porch is musty.”

“This house was beautifully renovated throughout inside. Loved the modern farmhouse vibe! We are making note for future visits to stay again because overall, very happy with it and we have a daughter who lives in Grand Rapids! The exterior could use some sprucing up and cleaning up, and it is located in an older neighborhood with other homes that could also use some cleaning up. And the kitchen would benefit from more dinnerware and some larger bowls for salads, popcorn, etc. Loved the yeti……
