“Our room was decent. Looked clean, smelled like mold even though there were no visible signs. Im grateful i always bring my essential oil diffuser with me. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable and I liked all the clearly labeled pillow options.
Im mold sensitive, so i probably wouldn't pick this particular hotel again due to that smell in my room, however i would definitely stay at this chain again.
I was in room 413, and i don't know if it was a just this room or this floor problem...……
“I went with family for a concert at Van Andel arena, everything was great. The room was awesome and the breakfast was good both mornings. Convenient to lots of little shops and the arena was right there. Will stay again if in town”
“Hotel is located close to Cannonsburg ski area. So very convenient. Close to shops and restaurants. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfy. Would stay here again ”
“The room was great and the staff at the front desk did a very good job. The rooms were not ready on time for quite a few people which caused quite a few unhappy people standing in the lobby. The front desk staff went out of their way to make it right.”
