I'd give it 2 out of 10
TV in room did not work (wanted to watch soccer world cup) .. was told by staff that someone would come up and check it. I waited nearly an hour...nobody came ... so I called again and was told "oh yeah that TV doesn't work" (Gee, thanks for telling me now).
The "barn style" roller door in bathroom didn't close entirely, leaving about a 4 inch gap. So when sitting on the toilet anyone lying on the bed can see your reflection in mirror/ TV when doing...

「I would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel.
When I arrived, I discovered what appeared to be blood stains on the bed linens. The bathroom was also filthy, with obvious cleanliness issues that should have been addressed before any guest was checked into the room.
