The property had several issues with cleanliness — there was an unpleasant smell, the floor vents and spaces under furniture were dirty, and dust had built up behind the drapes. “This place was perfect for a last minute stay in Grand Rapids. The property is cute inside, as well as being very clean and updated. It is definitely cozy, but for my husband and I, it was a perfect size. As mentioned in other reviews, the stairs are definitely something to be aware of. We brought our senior dog and I had just planned on carrying her, so it wasn’t a big deal for us, but if you have bad knees or older dogs, be aware. :) Stephanie was very communicative and friendly.
