Lovely property! Less than 5 minutes from Grand Rivers. Had some friends come over that were camping at Hillman Ferry and they are thinking about reserving this property also in the future. We will definitely reserve this property in the future.

The home is new construction and beautifully done. It was perfect for our long weekend away. It is stocked with the basics (plates, silverware, cups, trash bags). Because it’s new, some of the other items that are typically in a rental aren’t there because previous renters haven’t left them behind (coffee filters, salt & pepper, shampoo, body wash, etc), but those things are nice to have not required. The only issue we had was with the WiFi - it wasn’t reliable so we used our hot spots instead.

Positives: very nice new property, nice furnishings, good location if you don't mind the construction around you which we didn't mind but some mightNegatives: no wifi so no tv, 2 washcloths for 3 people for 3 days, no shampoo or bath soap, floors weren't swept or mopped, carpet wasn't vacuumed, food left in cabinets and freezer, beds were made but not sure if sheets were actually washed, response from owner was lacking. Response from my first inquiry was I will check with previous tenants and I'm sorry, never did anything to fix issues and didn't respond at all to second inquiry.
