"I am writing to express my disappointment following a recent stay in a Luxury Suite at Fairmont Rabat. Despite the premium rate, the experience fell significantly short of the brand’s luxury standards. During lunch at the lounge, my order remained incomplete after 35 minutes, forcing me to leave for an event without finishing my meal. No apology was offered. Later that evening, I ordered room service with a quoted 45-minute wait; the food never arrived, and after waiting three hours without an update or call, I went to sleep hungry. Furthermore, the suite's heater was non-functional, and the shower water pressure was weak before failing entirely mid-use. While the front desk staff was polite during checkout, my concerns were met without urgency or any attempt at resolution or management involvement. I am sharing this feedback in the hope that you will address these service failures and lack of accountability to ensure future guests receive the experience expected of a Fairmont property."

"A beautiful place in a lovely area, conveniently located just a 2-minute walk from the tram stop and about a 10-minute walk to the train station. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe. The apartment manager, Youssra, was extremely helpful and provided clear instructions and assistance whenever needed. Thank you for everything."

"Zaynab and her sister are extremely warm and hospitable people. Communication with them was great even with language barriers. They have translation apps on their phone and you can speak your language and they'll see the translation in Arabic. There are no private washrooms in this Dar but the shared ones are in great condition and not busy. Shower was great as well. They keep them clean and well maintained multiple times a day. If possible, don't book the smallest room if you are more than one person. You would be more comfortable with more space in any other room."
