Tastefully decorated, this rustic home is close to some natural attractions and restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options.

The living room features a comfy seating area, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, a dining table for you to dine with your loved ones and a door that opens up to a furnished and private terrace, offering a secluded outdoor space for relaxation and enjoyment. For added convenience and recreational opportunities, three bicycles are provided for guests to explore the area and enjoy leisurely rides at their leisure. A football table is also provided, offering a fun and engaging indoor game for guests to enjoy during their stay.

The area has a picturesque vibe making it even more inviting.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including a stove, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry.

The bedrooms are equipped with one double and one single bed and come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Complimentary parking is available on the property, ensuring convenience and ease for guests with their own vehicles.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

This is a fantastic location to explore the area. It is near popular attractions such as Praia do Pego, an 8-minute walk away, Praia da Comporta, Casa da Cultura da Comporta, and Espaço Museológico "Museu do Arroz". There are restaurants and bars like Comporta Café, A Cegonha, and Cervejaria da Comporta for delicious dining options. With its great location, you can easily explore all the area offers.

The best way to reach the property is by your own transportation.

Conveniently located just an 8-minute walk away from the renowned "Praia do Pêgo" beach, guests can easily access the sandy shores and enjoy the coastal beauty. Along this beach, you'll find the renowned restaurants JNcQUOI Comporta and Praia na Comporta, offering delightful culinary experiences with a stunning seaside backdrop.

Additionally, a short 6-minute drive will take you to the "Praia do Carvalhal" beach, where the esteemed restaurants "Sublime Comporta Beach Club" and "Sal" await. These dining establishments provide a range of delectable dishes while allowing guests to soak up the sun-kissed atmosphere and tranquil beach surroundings.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
