「Just returned from a v enjoyable stay at the hotel. Food was excellent, spa facilities & treatments were great, staff friendly, beautiful location, rooms clean and spacious. 「The hotel doesn’t have an elevator. I stayed on the first floor. Actually, there is a corridor between the first floor and the carpark with a few steps only. However, the receptionist didn’t told me about that. She simply told me to carry the luggages through the normal entrance and go up one floor “ONLY” . No help had been offered and she clearly knew I got a car. Nowadays, it is not usual asking the lady customers to carry the luggages going upstairs 」
