“Great room but never saw a human. My key cards were left in an envelope on the office door, I arrived at almost 9 at night so OK. BUT when I went down to check out at 10:30am (they have an earlier than the usual 11am checkout) the office was still locked and there was a box for key cards. I usually ask desk staff questions about where to eat when I'm traveling. I had no idea this place was completely self serve. Felt super impersonal.
