Idaho Hotel with Pool

"during my stay the hotel burnt down. was still charged the ENTIRE RATE after I was told I would be refunded it, minus the first night. Literally something out of a movie. "

"Our stay was great! I only gave 3 stars for property condition because hallway carpet is dirty and the pool/hot tub need resurfaced. The pool and hot tub were great but they could spruce the area up a bit. Our room was very clean and I am a really picky person. The bed was really comfortable. We got the king room with bunk beds and I loved the set up! My 2 boys loved having their own beds and their own TV. The service was really good and the front desk people were very friendly and helpful....
