“Everything was easy, in and out. CLEAN CLEAN and enjoyed the stay. Will go back when needed!”

“For $100 a night, it would be really nice to have a guaranteed clean experience. I don’t care if I’m in the middle of nowhere Arkansas, Best Western properties are known for better and this one just made me want to leave and go find a shower. The receptionist was super nice though. It’s not her fault the property is not maintained well. It’s a $50 a night room, not $100.”

“Breakfast was a nice variety of choices. Also, I really like how well lit the parking lot was.”

“Everything was great except the mattress. When I pulled the sheets back to check it for bedbugs, like I always do when I stay at a hotel, the mattress had a huge terrible stain on it.”

TV remote not working Bathroom ceiling lights not working Smoke detector laying on top of fridge Iron didn’t work Bath floor was dirty One thing is easy to overlook but all of these things did not happen at once it’s a sign of very poor management and lazy housekeeping. It’s a shame Marriott allows properties like this to carry their name.”

“I had an excellent stay the room was very clean, check in and out was easy. The only thing I was disappointed in was the light breakfast they had it could of had a little more to choose from and a better coffee dispenser.”

“The security latch /lock on the door was missing half. The windows was a two piece held together with clear tape. The trim on the bottom of the wall was missing in places and fell off laying in the floor in other spots. They actually give you a plastic bag with your soap,wash cloth,towels and toilet paper. ( like am I in jail ?) And the ice machine is falling apart no scoop . Nothing in the room to get ice with. No ice bucket no cup nothing.”

“The owners are lovely people, and this spot is a slice of heaven. We were there for the Eclipse but anytime is a great place to stay at this locale. A very short drive to Hot Springs and close to grocery store. I hope to visit again in the future.”

“Perfect location to go visit my new grandbaby! Eric was very helpful and communicated very well during my stay. Nice little house for one/two ppl. Clean and well stocked!”

“This was a nice place to stay for our trip to Benton. The main bed was very soft and comfy. The second bedroom was very warm and had to keep doors open to get the AC to the room. But enjoyed our stay and would stay here again when in the area. ”

“Affordable, clean room. Cold AC which is a good thing. Needs extra blanket put in room but the manager can get you one.”

“This home was so cute and charming. It was close to everything but also private. My fiancé and I needed a much needed get away and this place was perfect. Would definitely recommend this to anyone i know, might even book it for us again. 10/10”
