“Overall, great place and location. Note that there is no a/c. House is right on the lake, which is clear. Dock is newer. Rowvoat and 2 kayaks, life vests, toys, all available. Inside very clean. Outside could have used a hose down (covwebs). Would stay here again, we enjoyed it!”

“We had a fantastic stay at our cottage. Beach and bath towels were provided, space was clean and cozy, grill and fire pit out back with chairs. Even the internet access was great. And being steps away from your own quiet beach access point was amazing. Incredible views and very convenient. Would highly recommend.”

“The condo is about 15 walk into town for shopping and museums. The condo was roomy and had everything we needed - pots, pans, spatula etc.. There’s a coffee place Bigby’s, and a donut shop directly next to the condo which was great in the morning. The beach is a drive but we walked to see the 10pm light show and music. ”

“We were looking for a quaint place to get away for springbreak 2024 and found this gem. Nice and quiet, snowed, miles hiked on the north country trail, and views of the lake from the hot tub. The little gas station around the corner had amazing pizza too. The ownees checked in on us and were great communicators. The place is small but it was a perfect fit for 2 adukts, 2 kida and a chocolate lab to sneak away and have lake front views.”

“The property is wonderful lots of extras besides the cabin itself eg. Kayaks ,waterfront ,bikes ,cornhole,ect. The host is very easy to work with just leave things how you found them. I went with my wife and 3 week son and our doggo, And mind you it was cold snowing and raining and we still loved it. We will definitely be back. 5 stars 🌟 10/10 thank you guys from the pauwels family sorry we were a little late checking out 🙂”

“We had a great time at this property. It was the perfect space for us. After staying on Lake Michigan a few times, this was exactly what we expected. The views and access to the lake were awesome. Large deck and outdoor space. Indoors very spacious besides the bathrooms- my fiancé is 6’5 and could really only utilize one bathroom. Kitchen had the basics, new grill was nice! One complaint- when we first checked-in we noticed the house was extremely warm- warmer than outside on a 85+ temp day.……

“We really enjoyed the uniqueness of this property. We affectionately called it "Dracula's Castle." It was easy to locate, it sort of stood out in the shipping area where it was located. It was clean and comfortable. The staff were generally very pleasant, though the one who checked us in the first evening was not particularly welcoming and when we asked for additional towels the person who brought it smelled of marijuana, no harm was done, it was just a little odd.
