“This was my first time staying with VRBO. The unit in Eau Gallie was excellent and everything that it was advertised to be. All the accommodations were very good. The area was quite. All and all, it serviced my needs for the trip. My trip was not a please trip, it was entirely something else. I will try to check this units availability the next time I come to Melbourne. Normally I try to stay in my RV at Wichkam Park, but I could not get a reservation on short notice. I apologize for not……

“We stayed at this cute VRBO apartment on way back from Florida Keys. Grandkids enjoyed the surf and then coming back and jumping in pool. The apartment is short distance from Ocean and there are various public beaches to choose from. There are also great restaurants in area. The walls are little thin and you can hear others in adjoining apartment but the 9 pm noise ordinance is adhered to and you sleep well. Hosts very nice and quickly responded to questions. Great stay and will come again:)”

“Ok,it has to be said the property is a little dated. If you're looking for the most up to date features, this one is not for you. BUT. The property is wonderfully maintained, well appointed, comfortable, and the view from the balcony was stellar.Lots of room, beach amenities stored in the closets fro you to use, a wonderfully comfotable memory foam bed, a well appointed kitchen, TVs in the living room and the bedroom. The shower water pressure was a little weak is my only real complaint.……

“Be aware of some construction being done on the property. The noise wasn’t much of an issue, but there is no direct access to the beach or places on site to lounge in the sun. It is about a 5 minute walk to get to a beach entrance. This is a pretty residential neighborhood so there are not a lot of restaurants or things to do within walking distance. Also, this part of the beach has rocks/coral at the shore line so you need to choose a spot to swim carefully. the unit was clean and comfortable……

“The property is clean, king size bed is very comfy and the location cannot be beat. Directly across from the MB Market (best coffee!) And a block to the beach. Very nice beach chair and umbrella for use. Short walk to the MB Pier to watch the sunset. Awesome stay, thank you!”

“Overall, a nice place. But lot's of glitches. Bathroom No slip mat in the tub and floor of tub was very slick Exhaust fan is not exhausting. Looked inside with Flashlight and could see material plugging exhaust duct. Sink plug would stick in closed position - needed fork to open plug up Need Kleenex box in Bath Kitchen Only one hand towel and one dishcloth Need Kleenex box in Kitchen Living room Fitted sheets do not fit the bed. (neither bed) Cannot get sliding shades back far……

“Traveling from Arizona to spend a week watching our daughter and her college softball team playing spring ball. This VRBO is a 5-STAR must stay when visiting Melbourne, Coco Beach or the USSSA Space Coast Complex for softball. This VRBO has it all and provided all for us during our stay. We had to cook for over 30 HANGRY softball girls and their families and this unit provided everything to make it happen. Grocery store is right around the corner, beverages are next door and if needed . . McD's……

“Just a block or two from the beach, near some great restaurants, the 2 bedroom, 1 bath property was clean, pretty fully equipped. Its a great place for a family beach vacation, or family overflow from our existing condo just a block away (our use of the rental). I recommend this place!”

“This Vero property is worth a repeat visit. The owners are on standby with whatever you need as they live nearby themselves. We were down with another family for baseball at the nearby Jackie Robinson complex and the house accomodated 8 of us just fine. The location puts you near all that Vero has to offer and you are about 10 minutes to the beaches. It is worth noting that there is a garage on the property ( which consists of 3 lots ) that the owner uses throughout the week. He doesnt intrude……

“This rental is quite clean and comfortable. The view of the ocean is fabulous. This place is very cozy and everything we would want in a beach stay. Management staff were easily accessible and quickly responded to questions. I was disappointed to learn shortly before arrival that we would not be able to walk our dog on the beach; it was recommended that we utilize a dog friendly beach several miles away. We always take our dog onto the beach when we travel and have never stayed at a place that……
