「Booked for parents to celebrate fathers 80th. Accomadated a last minute change to more accessible room and late afternoon food.
They both really enjoyed stay and could not say enough about quality of staffing and overall experience!」

「Worst place with the worst attitude manager. Stayed here before we flew the next day. Spa wasn't open as work was going on. That was fine, however I ran a bath and the water was brown with lots of dirt in. Ran the shower. Exactly the same. Went to reception to be told nothing they could so.
Requested a refund as this was unacceptable to be put in a room with no working water.
Got £50 pound back. I wasn't happy with this so spoke to the manager the next morning who was very defensive and said...
