The room was spacious, the beds were good. The staff was friendly and asked about our experience. We gave them out honest feedback and improvement opportunities regarding the breakfast.

Parking area was ok, lobby was nice. The hallways are dingy and dark, the room didn’t feel very clean. There were several stains on the floor in our room, one that was sticky. The bathroom was pretty run down looking with the overhead fan having melted areas and holes. The shower itself was ok as far as hot water and cleanliness. The hotel looks like it needs an overhaul/remodel, and better lighting. The breakfast left much to be desired and we didn’t stay for it.

The location was perfect for me. The owners were wonderful. I wish them great success, and if I go back to Grants I would definitely stay there. I grew up in New Mexico going from Albuquerque to Laguna, and Zuni. My memories of traveling on Route 66 are forever in my heart. I hope that someone will invest in Grants and Gallup and bring it back to its glory days. The culture is amazing!

Great place to stay with pups.

We had our two pups with us and the staff were very helpful. It was very snowy during our stay and the hotel was going through renovations. A little challenging to get to the room late at night, but once we settled in, everything was great. Had breakfast in the morning and the staff was very helpful as well.
