「The staff were great and the room was definitely not what I expected! It has been recently remodeled and looked great! The bed was also very comfortable, not like most hotels nowadays, and everything was very clean. The bathtub was slow draining, but the manager seemed pleased that it was reported and eager to fix it. I would definitely stay there again, and definitely recommend it for anyone looking for an affordable room.」

「The staff are just great. Friendly and courteous. What I didn't like was our room door had to be slammed to close it and then rechecked to make sure it was closed securely. Yes, I reported it to the front desk staff and was instructed that they knew about that door and yes I could have ask for another room but still in it anyways.You asked what I didn't like. 「The staff at Sleep Inn were unprofessional and unkind. They told my 8-year-old daughter that the noise from the neighbors was merely them “doing their business,” as if loud lovemaking was acceptable. When we asked to be moved to a room without a connecting door—especially after the neighbor had smashed our wall—they discouraged us from calling the police. Instead, by saying we cannot guarantee not connection door, what's most, they relocated us to a room directly below that same noisy couple,...
