Recommended stay!

Had a really lovely 4 nights at the inn. Owned by a really lovely and friendly couple. Room was a good size, with a big comfortable bed. Plenty of bedding and towels. You get to use a lot of the property as well as the room. There is a front porch, a back room with amenities for tea/coffee, fridge, ice, microwave etc. You can sit inside there or down the stairs where there is another fridge. There are two areas to sit outside as well under parasols. The inn is minutes from the town. I would stay again.

This was our first time staying in Nevada City..We were very pleased with our choice! This property is gorgeous, clean, peaceful and located minutes from all the shops and restaurants..Our room was specious and beautifully decorated. Owners are friendly and very accommodating.

Our hosts were wonderful and super helpful regarding directions and things to do in Nevada City. The room was beautifully appointed and super clean. The only thing we didn't like was the very, very firm bed. We had to change positions so many times due to our hips hurting from pressure points.

It was a wonderful experience staying in this beautiful historic house. Everything was exceptionally clean. I loved the decor and even better were the owners Julie and Ron who were so helpful about things to do in the area, restaurants, trails etc. Also right in town and close to everything you need.

We loved staying at the Broadstreet Inn and will definitely stay there again. Ron and Julie were so friendly and had good suggestions for what to do in the area. The coffee and homemade biscotti were a special treat. The place was spotless. The bed was comfortable. So much to do within an easy walking distance.

Our first time here, clean quiet, safe, warm.

Sometimes places in antique towns are exaggerated cute. Which makes me feel like I’m staying on a movie set. The Broad Street Inn is 100 percent real 1870 excepting the bathrooms and HVAC. Nice morning coffee on the sun porch upstairs The owners live on the property, not fully ADA but close.

Cleanliness was above and beyond EXCELLENT! The Carriage House was quaint and so very well appointed. Decor was top notch. Beautifully, professionally decorated. Can't wait to go back and stay longer.
