「房間很大很乾淨，而且有洞穴的特色。店員的服務很好。他會一早聯絡我，然後教我怎樣到酒店。然後給了我一張地圖告訴我應該怎樣參觀這個小鎮。後來我需要買車票回到Bari，由於火車站在重建，我不知道怎樣買票，店員陪我到車站買了第二天回Bari的票,後來他知道我的行程會去西西里島，他作為西西里島的本地人也告訴我西西里島國旅行景點，我覺得她有非常好的服務態度。」

「Sehr herzlicher Empfang, Hilfe bei der Parkplatzsuche, grosszügige Früchteschale und Frühstück stehen bereit!
Sehr zentral gelegen, Highlight mit James Bond auf der Brücke!! Das Zimmer war sehr wohnlich und gross. Sehr schön.」

「We really enjoyed our stay here. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Gravina for a couple of days. We were here for a wedding and staying here was really convenient for us to be close to all the activities. Only issue was that there was no WiFi. 」
