“Fuori Porta House hotel is in a great location on the edge of the old town of Bergamo, right next to one of the arched stone gateways. It is a smart, modern hotel. Breakfast is served in a lovely, bright room at the back of the hotel, and at the front is a terrace bar that is frequented by guests and locals alike. There is also a pizza restaurant below the hotel, which was recommended as the best in Bergamo by my walking tour guide :-) My room was spacious and luxurious with fantastic……

“Et flott hotell, god beliggenhet og veldig hyggelig og serviceminded personale.”

Perhaps much much better double glazing would help. The digital access system is very useful but due to the heavy locks etc you definitely know when someone has entered or left the building. Maybe some door closures would cushion the sound. The neighbouring property has steel ornate gates. Again perhaps some sort of rubber cushion on the……

“We were made very welcome by Elisa and Stefania. Lovely, quiet place to stay with a lot of character. Easy to drive to the furniture fair and nearby villages and towns for sightseeing. Thank you for a fabulous stay and see you next time! ”
