「I don't know what was worse. The instructions for entering were flawed, and the key was hidden in a secret place with a code that was never disclosed. I also rented the garage due to car trouble, and a few hours before, they told me there was no more space available. I only managed to get in thanks to the help of a kind and friendly Italian family staying there, but there were about 10 of them making a huge amount of noise early in the morning in the communal kitchen opposite my room. 「The front reception was empty most of the time. I had to wait on the street before check out. The staff behaved nicely though. Room was very poorly equipped and decorated. It didn't look like on the photos. I felt I was overcharged for this stay. On the last day the toilet broke but it was repaired within 7hours when I was visiting the city. The location was good, close to Citta Alta and the gallery. In overall I would not recommend this hotel.」
