Einzigartige Aussicht zum Comer See!

An absolutely incredible destination which seems to be located directly in paradise... If you look down from the balcony or out of the windows of the neatly cleaned rooms, you get simply enchanted by the view of the lake. Especially at night with the city lights shining brightly and reflecting in the water it's not only beautiful but breathtaking. There's a lot of nature around you, all kind of greens as well as blooming bushes (also in the garden).

Super Lage, toller Ausblick sehr nette Gastgeber. flexibel, Heizkosten waren in ordnung, sehr sauber. Es gab morgens einen Brötchenservice. Nachteil: der Nachbar hat einen immer bellenden Hund.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in einer netten Wohnung

Alles in allem ist die Wohnung empfehlenswert Sie ist bemerkenswert sauber und eigentlich ruhig,fabelhafter Ausblick, Die Lage weit außerhalb,auf dem Berg.Abstieg durch einen kleinen Trampelpfad möglich.Dieser ist jedoch sehr steil und stellenweise unbefestigt,so dass ältere Menschen(mit einer Einschränkung) dies nicht bewältigen können. Der offizielle Weg über die Straße verfügt über keinen Gehweg und ist sehr stark und schnell befahren. Absolutes Minus ist die Parkplatzsituation.

Wunderschöne Woche!

Wir hatten eine sehr erholsame Woche. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und hat einen tollen Blick über den See. Der Garten ist hübsch angelegt und familienfreundlich gestaltet (Kinderspielzeug und Kletterbaum). Die Vermieterin ist superfreundlich und kümmert sich um alles. Auch um die Brötchen morgens! Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Schöne einfache Ferienwohnung, gute Ausstattung

Schön gelegene Ferienwohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern und guter Ausstattung. Herrlicher Blick auf den Comer See vom kleinen Balkon. Gartenmitbenutzung war kein Problem, sehr nette Gastgeber, die sehr hilfsbereit und jeder Zeit ansprechbar waren. Ein kleines Problem mit der Heizung wurde innerhalb einer halben Stunde gelöst. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen, zu einem sehr angemessenen Preis.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit kleinen Einschränkungen

Die Bilder der FeWo entsprechen fast nahezu vollständig der Wirklichkeit. Die Lage ist gut und die Aussicht vom Balkon fantastisch. Einzig die Schlafzimmer, der Balkon und der Gartensitzplätze sind durch die beiden Straßen ein etwas lärmgestört. Der Balkon mit herrlicher Ausssicht ist für 4 Personen deutlich zu klein. Mittels eines Wanderweges mit zahlreichen Treppen erreicht man in ca. 10 Gehminuten die schöne und beschauliche Hafenpromenade von Gravedona. Für den Rückweg bergauf benötigt man ca. 20 Gehminuten (schöne kleine Verdauungswanderung). Der Empfang und die Einweisung durch die Eigentümerinnen war sehr freundlich. Die beiden Damen sind sehr hilfsbereit. Insgesamt eine schöne FeWo mit einigen Einschränkungen (sh. o.g. Ausführungen).

Tolle Ferienwohnung, für jüngere Kinder ungeeignet

Die Ferienwohnung bietet eine tolle Aussicht und ist gut ausgerüstet. Da sie nahe einer Strasse liegt, sind für die Nacht Ohropax empfehlenswert. Die Tochter der Vermieter als direkte Ansprechperson ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Allerdings vertragen die eigentlichen Vermieter, die direkt im unteren Geschoss wohnen, keinerlei Kinderlärm, auch wenn man sie zur Ruhe anhält. Die Wohnung ist deshalb unseres Erachtens für jüngere Kinder bis ca. 12 Jahre nicht geeignet.

An sich schön gelegene und gep...

An sich schön gelegene und gepflegte Ferienwohnung. Die Besitzer sind schon ein wenig älter und gemahnen gerne mal zur Ruhe – wenn man, wie wir – ein 1,5 Jahre altes Kind hat. Auf der einen (Vermieter–) Seite sicherlich verständlich, auf der anderen Seite nicht unbedingt entspannend für uns. Es wäre vielleicht ratsam nochmals zu reflektieren, an wen genau man zu welchen Bedingungen vermieten möchte. Aufgrund der Straßenlage ist die Wohnung ein wenig laut.

Wir hatten letztes Jahr zur se...

Wir hatten letztes Jahr zur selben Zeit die selbe Unterkunft. Die Lage ist traumhaft, die Ausstattung gut, die Vermieter sehr freundlich und liebenswürdig, nur teilweise Verständigung auf englisch,italienisch Kenntnisse wären perfekt.Gravedona ist ein hübsches Städtchen, Wanderwege gut zu erreichen, Ausflug mit Schiff auch sehr schön, so lassen sich auch andere Orte (Piona, Menaggio, Bellagio) gut erreichen. Wir kommen auch ein 3.mal Reisetipps: Umgebung von Gravedona, Piona, Richtung Como auch Pigra mit toller Aussicht. Viele kleine Kirchen und Kapellen. Bergamo gut 1,5 Stunden mit Auto, Como ebenso. Viele Möglichkeiten zum wandern, manchmal recht steil.
