"I had a very good and peaceful stay experience in Lugano with a lake-view balcony suite. The huge room with a spectacular view was nicely set up, and the gymnasium facilities were perfect. However, the kitchen was not for cooking; only the kettle worked. In addition, the staff was kind and helpful."

"Very disappointing stay considering paying up to Euro 1500/ ++ per night F&B - 2 out of 3 restaurants are booked for event and not available to guest - Food quality is subpar (from breakfast to dinner) Spa - Spa is fully booked for the entire weekend (no slots reserved for in house guests), we asked during booking whether spa needs to be book ahead and was assured availability upon arrival - Heated pool temperature is lukewarm at most Room - Sound proof in bedroom is very poor, you can hear every car passing from the street to other rooms closing or opening their electric curtains - Size is small compare to other top tier hotels in Como"

"飯店位置非常優秀，走去湖邊坐船、去車站坐火車都非常方便，飯店附近的老城區，尤其在晚上，氛圍非常熱鬧浪漫，飯店的位置和環境一流。早餐普通、以付的房費而言，房間空間實在太小，而且有廁所管道的味道，浴室沒有抽風機，房價略微潮濕。飯店的服務人員都非常熱情友好。如果選擇住在這裡，記得由火車站的第11-12月台旁，搭下山纜車，終站就是飯店，抵達前和飯店要Ticino 票，住宿期間往來車站可以免費搭乘。從車站前往飯店，一路都是階梯，拿著大行李簡直不可能。也建議飯店主動和飯店guests 提供資訊和車票。我們是在當地人幫忙下，才找到下山纜車的搭車地點。"
