“Very nice property very close to the airport. Served a nice breakfast. Good value for what you receive.”

“Excellent hotel,a big plus was that most of the staff speak both Spanish and English. Clean, well appointed rooms and restaurant on site was a great bonus. Also the hotel is within easy walking distance of several restaurants and shops.”

“They just finished painting the pool edge...looks great. This is our 3 year at the Trapp Family Inn. The only thing that was different was it was warmer than usually in San Jose than in previous years. The rooms were definitely warmer, but we were glad we had ceiling fans. Service, Food, and hospitality were great. We'll be BACK!”

“The place was great! The room was clean and had everything you need for a short stay. The air conditioning was a huge plus. I would not recommend the food at the restaurant, however. It is overpriced and bland. But the property grounds were beautiful and the staff were kind and helpful.”

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and water pressure in the shower was great! We would stay again.”

“I stayed here when I flew into San Jose. It's close to the airport, it's in a safe gated neighborhood. Dinner is available, breakfast is included. I will stay here again when I depart Costa Rica.”
