"This little cabin exceeded our expectations. It was very clean with all of the essentials. It has a full size coffee pot, the freezer has ice trays, and there is a microwave, oven, and toaster. The bathroom is very small with a stand up shower but that wasn’t a deal breaker. We were able to bring our dogs which was a plus and it is a great neighborhood to take a walk in. The cabin is not on the water but within walking distance down to it (see picture for reference). Unlike other places we have stayed and you had to go through VRBO to contact the owner, he has provided his email and phone number on the wall inside the cabin. The porch is also nice for sitting out on to have your coffee in the morning. We loved our stay and will definitely be back."

"This cabin was perfect for our 5 day stay at Higgins Lake. We were 2 couples and there was plenty of room for all of us. We did not need the loft/extra beds so can’t comment on those. The cabin was clean and reasonably equipped. Beds were comfortable. Check in/out, easy. Note: there is no hair dryer so if you need one, bring it with you."
