「I did not expect for this to be an exceptional stay considering that it is a three star hotel. However, the room was incredibly dated, especially for the over $300 price tag per night. Location is great but I would not recommend staying at this hotel, especially for the price.」
「There is no hot water when we arrived. Waited for the whole day, still no progress. The staff is polite but not very helpful in providing alternative solutions. So we checked out early. Expedia contacted the hotel for refund and no one is answering the email or the phone call. So yeah, I got ghosted.」
