Screen door balcony was in dire need of replacement. Carpet old. Continental breakfast was all starch -- perhaps offer some fruit and yogurt. Nice location; however, we did not feel the price was worth the stay.

This is a really nice hotel. The indoor waterpark was perfect because it was too cold to use their nice little beach. We had an issue with door locks and the clerk we reported to was having a bad day and wasn't happy to help. But front desk staff, Nolan, and manager, Amber, went above and beyond so the small grievance was resolved with kindness.

Pleasantly surprised with the waterpark. The kids had a blast! The slide was fast and the water was warm. Breakfast was mediocre - would have loved to see more protein options and not just all carbs. Was disgusted to find an old mushed bag with what appeared to be brownies left behind the couch. It was apparent the couch is never moved to clean behind it. Overall, happy with the stay minus the disgustingness that was left behind the couch!

Front desk staff were super friendly and welcoming. Resort is pretty old and not maintained well. Restaurant was mediocre, found a hair in our fish tacos and didnt eat there again. Included hotel breakfast was terrible, no protein at all (eggs/meat/etc); just waffles, a few packaged muffins, and a couple yogurt cups. Had to keep asking the guy for more yogurts since he only put out 1 or 2 at a time. Water park was pretty bad, old and half of the features weren't working. Probably wouldn't return until the place is majorly renovated.
